New Prime Time TV Is Here! Part 1

Last week was the beginning of Televisions Fall Line up with continuing series like How I Met Your Mother, Survivor and the Simpsons. While shows like The Goldbergs, Shield, Brooklyn Nine Nine and others are looking to become a hit on primetime TV. There were other shows on TV of course, but these are the shows that I was whiling to watch/had time to watch. So here is what I had to say about them. Shows That Should Finish Where They Started: Part 1 of 3

Don’t you hate it when you watch a TV show, or series and it gives you a cliffhanger, or goes off the air and never finishes the story properly? As a kid I couldn’t stand it and as a young adult I still can’t stand it! I think you get where I am going with this, in this blog I shall talk about three shows I really enjoyed as a kid and still enjoy today, that unfortunately ended abruptly. May 13th: The Good, Bad and The Ugly

Spoiler alert: There might be things within this article that may spoil stuff that happened if you did not see How I Met Your Mother please be warned that their may be some spoilers in this article, you have been warned.

I shall start off with the Ugly; the Toronto Maple Leafs who managed to tie the first round series against the Boston Bruins 3 games to 3 and force a game seven were very close to eliminating the Bruins. The score was 4-1 in favor of the Maple Leafs and it seemed to be game over for Boston, but just like in anything it is not over until it is over. Continue reading

3 in 1: Harbowl, Quarterbacks and NHL Fantasy

This week I decided to try something new, I will be sharing three quick blogs in one with different topics for each one. I hope that you enjoy all three, this is of course a trial and I would be very grateful to hear some of  your opinions on them to help tweak them, or if I should make these into 3 separate blogs and distribute them throughout the week. Something around those lines, thanks a lot and hope you enjoy them!

So that game last night was one heck of a game! The game included a strong lead by the Baltimore Ravens thanks to Joe Flacco and the offense and a good defensive showing lead by Ray Lewis stopped the 49ers and lead at the half 21-6. Then there was the so-so half-time show. I only say mediocre, because I am not a fan of that kind of music, however it was interesting to watch the show but I watch the Superbowl for the football; not the halftime show. Continue reading
