Marty Brodeur and Marty St Louis have shown their dismal side in their old hockey age. These players wanted to be traded at the deadline, one got his wish, the other didn’t. The one who got his wish was Marty St Louis and was traded to the New York Rangers while, Brodeur didn’t get his wish and was not traded. Continue reading

Wade Redden Retires: Remembering Good and Bad

As many of you probably already know former NHL defensemen Wade Redden has announced his retirement after 14 seasons in the NHL. Wade Redden played for the Ottawa Senators, New York Rangers, St Louis Blues and Boston Bruins. In 1023 games played in the NHL Redden scored 109 goals and had 457 points. Continue reading

Can we for one-minute stop talking about the Canadian Olympic team selection for one moment; forget about who made it and who didn’t. Can we forget about the fact that Kunitz and Jay Bo made the team over Giroux, Boyle and St. Louis? Lets just stop thinking about Canada for one second and remember that one hilarious, and yet very cool thing has happened to another Olympic team. Continue reading
